In Response to Industry Characteristics, iTEC ERP Aligns with Business Needs

Industry 4.0, smart factories, and intelligent manufacturing have been highly emphasized topics across industries, government bodies, and academia in recent years. However, these theories must undergo the tempering of practical experience to be effectively applied. This is particularly crucial for resource-limited small and medium-sized enterprises, which require collaboration with like-minded partners to create solutions for intelligent manufacturing collectively.

Taking Yinsh Precision as an example of an iTEC ERP user, in 2017, Yinsh Precision established the "Yinsh Precision Smart Manufacturing Promotion Alliance." The alliance members include the iTEC ERP team, the Precision Machinery Research & Development Center (PMC) team, the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Chin-Yi University of Technology, and the Department of Information Management at Overseas Chinese University. These diverse teams of professionals from various fields all play significant roles in the realm of "smart manufacturing."

In response to Yinsh Precision's expertise in the mechanical and precision machining industries, iTEC ERP's Deputy General Manager, Ms. Lin Shu Nu, led a team of advisory consultants to fully implement the iTEC ERP system across Yinsh Precision. After undergoing adjustments and refinement, iTEC ERP not only became more aligned with the company's specific needs but also took a significant step towards embracing smart manufacturing practices.
