iTEC ERP Automated Storage/Retrieval System (ASRS) Process

iTEC ERP Automated Storage/Retrieval System (ASRS) Process
The ERP system seamlessly integrates with automated warehouse operations, creating a smart factory.
  1. The process from raw material procurement to vendor delivery to the factory, followed by the barcode-based receipt in the warehouse, quality control inspection, and finally storage in the automated warehouse.
  2. Production scheduling and daily dispatch scheduling are conducted. The day before production, materials are prepared and then issued to each production workstation. Finally, the completion of material requisition and accounting operations takes place.
  3. Upon the completion of semi-finished or finished production, the production reporting is carried out. The finished goods that meet the quality standards are then transferred and stored in the automated warehouse.
  4. The process starts with receiving customer orders for finished products. A shipping schedule is then arranged, and the warehouse is notified to perform order picking and stock preparation. The products are retrieved from the automated warehouse and issued for shipment. A sales invoice is generated, and the products are loaded into containers for shipment.
