In the past, facing a large volume of orders, the company used paper-based or email methods to transmit customer order information internally, leading to occasional instances of missed orders when sending purchase messages to related businesses. This also resulted in production schedules not being included and delayed shipments, leading to customer complaints. This has been a persistent challenge for Everspring Chemical. Therefore, the company initiated the implementation of iTEC ERP to address this issue.  By adopting systematic management, Everspring Chemical's sales representatives from various regions can promptly input orders into the information system, consolidating domestic and international order-related data. This enables more effective communication with related businesses for arranging subsequent production and procurement preparations, effectively reducing instances of missed orders. Miaochun also utilizes iTEC's order processing and shipping management features, gaining clear control over the shipping process and reducing instances of delayed deliveries.

  • Streamlining Export Customs Declaration with Quick Invoice and Packing List Generation​

The previous system could not incorporate both the product names used by customers and the company's internal product names into orders. This resulted in situations where the wrong materials were purchased or incorrect products were shipped.  Another purpose of Everspring Chemical's implementation of the iTEC system is to accurately understand the products desired by customers and ensure the purchase of the correct items. Therefore, the Product Invoice (PI) and domestic and international purchase orders can present product names based on the customer and vendor product names. iTEC not only provides the ability to switch printed report product names, but it also records the same product number corresponding to different product descriptions and packaging methods used by different customers. This allows for the rapid generation of Invoices and Packing Lists from front-end source orders, significantly enhancing the convenience of export customs declaration.

The tax system makes tax filing easier by integrating with sales and purchase orders, enabling the rapid loading of data for invoice issuance, and making the process of issuing invoices more effortless. Financial personnel can efficiently track and verify the status of issued and unissued invoices, thereby enhancing the speed and accuracy of financial reconciliation.
